Included in this no fishing zone is the Laguna Beach State Marine Reserve and the Laguna Beach State Marine Conservation Area, which cover an additional 6.27 square miles offshore. The Lifeguard Tower at Main Beach may be the most photographed public building in Laguna Beach.
