Visit Laguna Beach this week for the annual Laguna Beach a la Carte. This four day festival of culinary delights opens this Thursday, and showcases world class chefs from the finest restaurants in Laguna Beach and a selection from dozens of renowned wineries around the world. The festival also features chef and winemaker dinners, seminars, special restaurant events and more.
The signature event Laguna Beach Uncorked! takes place on Saturday, March 9th, on the Festival of Arts grounds where attendees will enjoy an afternoon of tastings from 30 wineries and samplings of dishes by over 20 Laguna Beach restaurants. VIP admission opens at 9:30am with a seminar by Master Sommelier and Certified Wine Educator Michael A. Jordan. General admission opens at 12:30pm.
Food pairings during the event are provided by Broadway by Amar Santana, Las Brisas, the Laguna Culinary Arts, and master chefs from several other Laguna Beach fine dining establishments.
