Paddle Boarding
Paddle boarding is a relatively new sport where you balance yourself on a board akin to a surfboard while rowing in a standing position. We have partnered with Costa Azul to provide paddleboarding lessons, rentals, and information.
Surfing
Laguna Beach was founded on surfing, home to some of the world’s best surfers, Laguna Beach has the waves and we can provide the equipment.
Hiking and Biking
Laguna Beach has beautiful hiking and biking trails for miles and miles. Hike in the Laguna Canyon among the fresh air and ocean views. We can arrange a trail guide to take you out for the day, or ask one of our guest liaisons to provide you with a trail map for a self-guided hike.
Kayaking
Our partners can provide you with rental equipment to go kayaking, or take a day trip to Catalina Island and kayak around the island’s untouched coves.
Jet-Lev
Jet-Lev is a newly found sport for those seeking a real thrill. A water powered jet-pack lifts you up to 30 feet in the air where you can do tricks or just power around the Newport Beach harbor.
Catalina Island
Catalina Island, also called the Island of Love is a beautiful, untouched part of our California coastline. A boat can take you from Newport Harbor out to Avalon where you can go on a Catalina day trip. Or just explore the island town of Avalon, known for it’s restaurants, beaches, hiking, biking, and zip-lining.
Whale Watching Trips
We have teamed up with Dana Wharf to provide every guest with a free pass for a whale watching adventure. See blue and grey whales, as well as dolphins, and have drinks while relaxing on Dana Wharf’s beautiful pontoon boat as the captain takes you on an adventure.
Tidepool Walks
Laguna Beach is the home to hundreds of kinds of unique wildlife. We can arrange for a certified docent to take you on a tour of the creatures that live all around us.
Snorkeling and Scuba Diving
Laguna Beach is home to amazing snorkeling and scuba diving. Enjoy your oceanfront villa, or our Wyland villa, and explore our beautiful ocean.
