The Laguna Beach art shows are soon coming to an end but did you get to see everything? Here is a list of some major attractions you don’t want to miss.

Art-A-Fair

At the Art-A-Fair there is something going on every day of the week. This makes it easy for those who take their time in their art. Monday’s art will be Collage with Agnes Copeland. Tuesday’s art class will be Oil & Palette Knife with Lori Quarton. Wednesday’s learn more about Acrylic with Carol Heiman-Greene. Friday’s learn Traditional Watercolor with Emilee Reed. Saturday get wet with Teri Starweather and learn Still Life Watercolor. Sunday Jill Jacobs will be teaching Basic Ceramics so be prepared to be a little messy. Sawdust Art Festival

At the Sawdust Art Festival there is the ever famous Custom Pottery with a professional ceramic artist. This year there are also custom classes in Digital Photography & Photoshop with Mary Gulino. What would the Sawdust Art Festival be without Jewelry Making. Anywhere form chain making for necklaces, textured copper pendants to contemporary sterling silver wire formed bracelets. Festival of Arts

Art Talks (a lecture series) will be going on from 1 pm to 8 pm on Thursday. For a list of specific talks visit Art Talks (link).

Also on Thursday from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm, Adult Art Workshops will feature Painting with Carole Boller and African-inspired Clay Mask Ceramics. For more information or to sign up visit Adult Art Workshops (link). Thursday evening enjoy Art, Jazz, Wine and Chocolate from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

Mirepoix Restaurant

Food should never be over looked as a form of art especially if you have ever eaten at Laguna Culinary Arts. Laguna Culinary Arts has opened up the Mirepoix Restaurant, where four-course prix fixe dinners are elegantly served every Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
