Laughter Yoga Institute

Laughter Yoga is a revolutionary idea—simple and profound. An exercise routine, that is sweeping the world and is a complete wellbeing workout. It’s approach is to use laughter as a full body exercise. It has been proven that laughing is good for many things: it reduces anxiety, depression, loneliness, stress and tension. The physical benefits of laughter yoga include better circulation, increased production of happy hormones, improved ventilation, and reduced blood pressure and heart rate. Our emotions are so strong that when you act happy, you feel happy.

Laughter cannot solve your problems, but it can dissolve them by changing your body chemistry and mindset so you can face them in a better way. Laughter drives all negative thoughts and ill feelings away because of the feel-good hormones that it releases and boosts the immune system.

Come join in the laughter at the end of the Main Beach everyday at 8 am and Saturday at 10 am. For more information call 949-376-1939 or visit lyinstitute.org.
